It is the supreme government body of the Association and comprises all the partners.

The Ordinary General Assembly meeting must be held at least once a year.

Extraordinary meetings will be held when circumstances require, according to the judgement of the President, when the Board of Directors resolves to do so or when a tenth of the members puts it in writing.

Its basic functions are to appoint the members of the Board of Directors, to approve or deny its negotiations, the annual accounts, the statutes modification or any other matter of concern to the Association.
